I am an artist, painter, and creative entrepreneur living in Raleigh, North Carolina. I moved to North Carolina in 1993 to attend the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. I have since raised two amazing kids and have enjoyed living in Raleigh for many years. In 2010, I founded and owned HEAT, an interval training studio in downtown Raleigh. I sold HEAT in 2016 yet it remains a downtown staple to many in the area. My roots are still deeply planted in downtown as my art studio is located on the same block in Glenwood South on Lane Street. Spending significant portions of my life in DC, Miami, and New York has influenced my approach to design and art. My work is inspired by a deep connection to color and the world around me which is expressed either by way of painting on canvas or design within the home or business. It brings me ultimate joy when others find beauty and connect to my work.
COMMISSIONED ART
If you’re looking for a unique, one-of-a-kind painting to bring color and life to your home or business, I specialize in creating custom artwork that is tailored to your individual tastes. Through the use of color and texture, I can create a space that is vibrant, expressive, and full of emotion. I view my commissioned art as a powerful source of inspiration, allowing my clients to explore their own creativity.
